Visiting the Gym
When can I come check out the gym?
You’re welcome to stop by during our staffed hours—no appointment needed.
Staffed Hours:
- 6am - 8pm Monday-Thursday
- 6am - 7pm Friday
- 8am - 12pm Saturday
- No appointment needed
Where are you located?
We’re a locally owned gym in Star, Idaho in the same complex as Eco Motors Golf Carts. You can find our exact location and map at the bottom of this page.
Are day passes available?
Day passes are $10 and you can purchase them in person during staffed hours.
Training & Classes
What is your personal training like?
- Customized to your need 45 minute - an hour workout
- We can train anytime during staffed hours Monday through Friday
- First session is only $9
- Training packages expire one year from the date of purchase
What are your group classes like?
- Circuit based 45 minute workout
- Customizable for beginner to advanced gym goers
- Every class is different
- Try it out for just $10 or $59/month
Is this gym good for beginners?
Absolutely. Most of our members started as beginners or are getting back into shape. We meet you where you’re at and progress at a pace that’s safe and effective.
Do I need to be in shape before joining?
Not at all. Getting in shape is why people join. You don’t need prior gym experience to start here.

Are there really no fees or contracts?
Yes—membership is simple and straightforward:

- Zero key fob fees
- Zero cancellation fees
What does membership include?
Membership includes 24/7 access to Domination Fitness Center equipment.
We also have a kids room available for parents to use. Children must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times, as we do not provide childcare or staff supervision in the kids room.
How does 24/7 access work?
Members receive a secure code for 24/7 access to the gym outside of staffed hours. Access is for members only and should not be shared.
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact support@dominationfitnessofstar.com or come in person and you can fill out a form
What is the minimum age requirement?
Our minimum age requirement is 12 years old.
